Wellness Wednesdays with Fiona Jacobs

A little bit about myself,

I’m a 49yrs old mother to two grown children. About 13yrs ago I was in an abusive relationship and had a serious car accident. As a result of this I’m now living with psoriatic arthritis and have recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

I spend every day in excruciating pain and extreme exhaustion, sometimes I feel so alone and trapped in this body. Some days are overwhelming and it gets too much but no matter what I will not allow this to take over my life and each day I wake up knowing my strength will help me.

I will be writing weekly blogs to share my journey and hope it gives you help along the way.
