Try smiling more. It apparently takes twelve muscles to smile and one hundred and thirteen muscles to frown.
Grab eye contact with as many strangers as you meet on your travels. Look into their eyes and smile, for no reason.

Endorphins make you feel great and give you the confidence to take on the world. The most popular and influential people you encounter are always smiling.
Empathy is something you cannot have too much of – well that’s what I believe. I know for sure that it will alleviate judgmental thoughts. Everyone has a story, start trying to understand what another’s story might be.
