You know and I know you'd struggle to get a six pack if you turn up at the gym and wander around chatting to people and staring at yourself in the mirror. You must do the work and build up a sweat. Same applies mentally, you must do the work and stretch yourself outside of your comfort zone.

What if I don't know what I want to do?

Most people have never sat down and thought about what they really want to do. Or where they want to be next week let alone next year, and that's ok. The people that do have an idea are not always 100% sure either.  We tackle this right at the beginning.

Why should I come instead of staying at home in my PJ's and binging on NETFLIX?

The information that I share is a culmination of hundreds of great books, courses, seminars and online programs that I have had the pleasure of attending and learning over the last 16 years. I've been exposed to ancient success principlesthat the top 4% of society follow.  

My background is dancing. I trained as a dancer from the age of 9 until I was 25. I was very comfortable being told what to do by choreographers and trainers, so much so that I used to wonder why the same couldn't apply to life.  I was looking for a life choreographer.

The information available on how to improve your life is overwhelming and exhausting. I wanted to understand why people do what they do. I have spoken to more than 1,000 business owners in a variety of industries, and personally consulted with solicitors, accountants, parents and most recently teenagers.

Everything I have learned, I’ve distilled into a formula for success, a technique that I’ve tested on myself and it works! And now I have put the relevant information into this easily digestible, step by step guide.

You can apply the information immediately to your life. There's a specific formula that was developed in England based on the law of Incremental Improvement. This formula works every time if you use it consistently, it's guaranteed to work. This law says that as you get a little bit better in each of the key results areas in your life the cumulative effect over 12 months will dramatically impact your achievements and successes. 

What does that mean for me? By improving yourself by 10% each month the compound effect will inevitably result in personal growth.  You will be able to get the promotion, get the new job, start the business that will give you job satisfaction and more money. Your relationships with your family; friends and work colleagues will all be improved.
